Protect the Wild & Scenic St. Croix River
Sierra Club activists, Jim Rickard, Ron Carlson & Audrey Halverson, with our St. Croix Valley Interstate Group, were all recently profiled for their efforts to protect the St. Croix River Valley in a feature article in Minnesota Monthly. Growth pressures around the St. Croix River reflect the fact that the Twin Cities area is growing, and the pressures of population growth and development are felt across the region. Learn more about what the Sierra Club is doing to promote 'smart growth' that promotes quality of life and protection of open space.
